Move to post-quantum without breaking things.

Hands-on engineering support to roll out hybrid and post-quantum cryptography system by system, with testing at every step.

Why it matters

Swapping algorithms is the easy part.

Post-quantum keys and signatures are larger. Handshakes get bigger, certificates grow, some middleboxes and embedded devices choke. Migration succeeds when those effects are found in testing, not in production.

We start with hybrid schemes that pair a classical and a post-quantum algorithm, so you gain quantum protection without giving up the security you already have.

What you get

  • Target architectureAlgorithm choices per system, mapped to FIPS 203, 204 and 205 and to CNSA 2.0 levels (ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA-87) where required.
  • PKI transition planHybrid and post-quantum certificate hierarchies, HSM readiness.
  • TLS and VPN rolloutX25519MLKEM768 key exchange, staged by service.

  • Code-signing migrationML-DSA, SLH-DSA or LMS for firmware and software.
  • Performance testingLatency, packet size and compatibility measured before go-live.
  • FIPS 140-3 validated modulesProduct selection and vendor coordination against the CISA PQC product categories list.
How it runs

The process.

A typical engagement, start to finish. We agree scope and access before any work begins.

  1. PilotPick one representative service and migrate it end to end.
  2. HardenFix compatibility and performance issues the pilot exposes.
  3. PatternTurn the pilot into reusable configuration and runbooks.
  4. Roll outMigrate in waves, highest risk first.
  5. VerifyRe-scan and update the CBOM to confirm each wave.
Questions

Before you ask.

Should we go straight to pure post-quantum?

Usually not yet. Hybrid key exchange is widely supported and protects against both classical and quantum attacks. We move to pure post-quantum where standards and products are ready.

Do you implement or advise?

Both. We can pair with your engineers, or take ownership of defined workstreams.

Which vendors do you work with?

Any. We have no reseller agreements, so our recommendations follow your requirements, not a partner list.
