QuanMind provides post-quantum cryptography consulting. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our services. Questions go to privacy@quanmind.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us through forms: name, work email, organization and your message.
- Free scan uploads: the source archive you submit and the project details you enter.
- Basic usage data: pages viewed and approximate location, collected in aggregate.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To produce and email your free scan report.
- To improve the website and our services.
We do not sell personal information.
Free scan uploads
Source code is processed in an isolated environment, used only to generate your report and deleted within 24 hours. Reports are emailed to the address you provide and are not shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to three years after our last contact. Client engagement records are kept as long as our contracts and legal obligations require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@quanmind.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular review. Please report security concerns to security@quanmind.com.
Changes
We will post any changes to this notice on this page with a new date.
